Kurz vorher kamen noch Gäste dazu. Zwei Tage vor dem Jahresauftakt am 4. März 2026 wurde das Catering von geplanten 100 bis 120 auf 130 Gäste aufgestockt.More guests joined at short notice. Um 17:30 Uhr gab es Fingerfood. Ab 18 Uhr liefen 90 bis 100 Minuten Vorträge und eine Podiumsdiskussion mit fünf Teilnehmern und Moderation, die Moderation war vorher geprobt. Danach legte ein DJ bis etwa 21 Uhr auf.Finger food was served at 5:30 pm. Im Talk-Bereich standen 60 Stühle, dazu Stehtische. Die zwei Screens liefen parallel mit Presenter und Preview-Screen, ein dritter Monitor zeigte das Logo des Vereins. Zwei Headsets, sechs Handmikrofone, Grundlicht für die Sprecher und ein Bühnenpodest kamen dazu, ein Veranstaltungstechniker blieb den ganzen Abend. Ein Fotograf hielt alles fest, das Eventbild lief auch auf dem Monitor im Schaufenster.The talk area had 60 chairs, plus standing tables.
